My Mother recently introduced me to a whole new kind of yummy goodness, sunflower seed butter.
As you can see I got this at Trader Joe's. I think this stuff is better than peanut butter AND cashew butter, coming in at at tie with almond butter.
I took my regular peanut butter cookie recipe and simply substituted sunflower seed butter for the peanut butter.

These have a much more rich roasted taste than regular peanut butter. So amazing!!
