Shoulder Pad Sunday!
I had the best day yesterday spending time with my ladies watching Golden Girls and cooking. I made sausage and peppers:
and pasta with clam sauce:
Everything turned out amazing. For desert, I made my NaNa's apple pecan cake.
This was the first time I've ever made this recipe and it turned out amazing. My NaNa passed away when I was one year old so I never got to taste anything she ever made, but I have a feeling that her cake was incredible.
(Thank you to my sweetheart ladies who came over and spent the evening with me. I cherish you all and somehow at the same time hate you all for making me drink so much. *Insert recipe for bitter bundt cake here*)
