I am sure at this time you, all around the world, have heard that Southern California was hit by a 5.4 earthquake this morning. I would like to take a moment to honor the fallen soldier and the damage that was done to my apartment.
One of my army men was violently hurled over on my bookshelf by this beast of a quake. Luckily, the rest of my house avoided the same peril by the grace of God. This reminds us all of the power that Mother Nature holds in the palm of her hand. Respect her. Fear her. (But mostly, I am grateful that everyone I know is safe and no one was seriously hurt during this little quake. Earthquakes terrify me, so I have to joke.)

how is the army man doing, no serious injuries I hope! poor wee plastic man! But seriously, glad nobody was hurt and no property was badly damaged!!
