A Surprise For My Muffin

Last night after having dinner with my boyfriend who is Megaboyfriend, he got so sad that there was no dessert. He rarely wants dessert so it figures that the only night that he does I've got nothing. ME! The baking lady... one who bakes treats and yummy goodness. It broke my heart to see him with out dessert, so I decided to make him this:
SURPRISE!! It's a summer fruit crisp! I had some peaches, plums and one nectarine that were on the verge of going to waste. So, I did what my Mother did yesterday and baked them into something scrumptious. I used a recipe from my pink bible:

I almost followed the recipe but used a little more oats, both cinnamon and nutmeg and the above mentioned summer fruit.

Here is something yummy and sweet for the sweetest person I know.


PS - I did not microwave this.. I baked it and made my house smell so good. :)
